Tasks

Assign homework or chores that unlock screen time once approved.

๐Ÿ’ก Tips for parents
  • A task only earns screen time once it has a reward attached - use "Set reward" on any task, including the 4 free starter chores every kid gets automatically.
  • Keep rewards proportional to effort: a quick chore might be 15 min, homework or a bigger job 30-60 min.
  • Raise "Max submissions per day" to 2-3 on chores kids often get wrong first time (like tidying a room), so they can retry after you send it back instead of losing the day entirely.
  • Use "Quick pick" to save typing - it's grouped by homework, chores, hygiene, skills and kindness/bonding tasks.
  • Check the screen time guideline table below before setting rewards, so what's on offer stays age-appropriate.
  • Rotate or refresh chores occasionally - the same list every day gets stale fast for kids.
